Can my items be shipped?arrow_drop_downYes! At this time we are only shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada. All packages must be sent to the billing address associated with the credit card we have on file. If you would like your item shipped to an address other than your billing address you will be required to overnight a Cashier’s Check or pay by wire transfer for the full invoice amount.
- Shipping Firearms: All firearms must be mailed to your local FFL dealer. Firearms will be shipped by Estrella Ordnance and they will be in touch with you directly to provide shipping options and collect shipping fees. As a first step, please have your local FFL dealer email a copy of their FFL to Sales@colddeadhands.com. Estrella Ordnance cannot ship a firearm until you have submitted the FFL you would like to use. If you are using your “regular” FFL, you must verify that FFL, by name, for each invoice. You can do so by sending an email to Sales@colddeadhands.com.
- Non-Firearms: We handle most of the shipping in-house, however, items that are oversized or require very specialized packing material must be shipped by a third-party shipper. We have a list of recommendation we can offer you. Please inquire about pricing prior to bidding. All packages shipped in-house must include insurance and a signature confirmation, for your protection.
- Items that are shipped in-house will be processed within 5-7 business days. We will automatically charge the card on file for the shipping and handling fees, we encourage bidders to inquire about shipping prior to bidding. All packages will be charged exact shipping fees as well as a handling fee and insurance. Invoices totaling $200 or more will also include signature confirmation. Invoices with firearms, ammo, knives or related items will require an adult signature confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your items are shipped. We will ONLY ship to the billing address on file. Our handling fee starts at $9.50 per package, larger packages or items that require more packing materials will incur a larger handling fee.

If you decide to email us, please include a brief description of the types of items you have and where you are located. You can also include a few pictures in the email.
We pay our consignors 10-14 days after the sale of the items. Our consignment rate depends on the types of items you have for consignment.
