  • Can my items be shipped?arrow_drop_down
    We have 3 different methods for shipping, it just depends on what you purchase.
    • Small items: If all of your invoiced items will fit in a single SMALL flat rate box, we will ship your items in-house. Once your items are packaged, you will receive a tracking number by email.
    • Firearms: All firearms will be shipped by Estrella Ordnance and they will be in touch with you directly to provide shipping options and collect shipping fees.  As a first step, please have your local FFL dealer email them a copy of their FFL to Estrella Ordnance cannot ship a firearm until you have submitted the FFL you would like to use.  If you are using your “regular” FFL, you must verify that FFL, by name, for each invoice.  You can do so by sending an email to
    • Everything else: If you purchased large items or anything that won’t fit in a SMALL flat rate box, our third-party shipper, Westside Mail Center will be mailing your items. Westside Mail Center will contact you about your shipping options after your invoice is paid. No item is too large or difficult for Westside Mail Center to ship so this means we can now ship EVERYTHING we sell at the auction! Please feel free to reach out to them if you have any questions about approximate shipping charges. Let them know you are calling about Pot of Gold Auctions and reference the auction date and lot numbers.
    Westside Mail Center – 623-825-6016 / /   IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO VERIFY AND CONFIRM THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AS IT APPEARS ON EACH INVOICE (Found in the Sold To section of each invoice). Regardless of who ships your items, all packages must include insurance and a signature confirmation for your protection.

    We take Antiques, Firearms, Jewelry, Coins, Collectibles, Coin-op, Art, Disneyana, and so much more!

    If you decide to email us, please include a brief description of the types of items you have and where you are located. You can also include a few pictures in the email.

    We pay our consignors 10-14 days after the sale of the items. Our consignment rate depends on the types of items you have for consignment.
